Privacy Policy (English)

This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Phil Glide (the "App") for iOS, iPadOS and Android, developed and published by Tomoyoshi Natsui ("we", "us").

The App stores game data on your device and sends certain information to external services to provide online leaderboards and achievements. You do not need to register with an email address or password. On iOS, iPadOS and Android, the App uses Firebase anonymous authentication and Cloud Firestore to provide a shared daily challenge leaderboard. The iOS and iPadOS versions also use Apple's Game Center as described below.

Information stored on your device

The App saves the following on your device so that the game works as expected:

Settings and local game records are stored on your device. Some scores and related information are also transmitted to the services described below. Uninstalling the App removes its local app data, but does not automatically delete information already sent to Firebase or Game Center. Device backups may retain copies as described below.

Shared daily challenge leaderboard and Firebase

On iOS, iPadOS and Android, the App uses Google's Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to provide a shared daily challenge leaderboard. Players on these platforms can participate in the same leaderboard.

The Android version requests the INTERNET permission to communicate with Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. The iOS and iPadOS versions also communicate with these services over the internet.

The App signs in to Firebase anonymously to use the shared leaderboard, creating an anonymous account if necessary. Firebase assigns this account a unique identifier (UID). This does not require your name, email address, or password. However, the UID allows leaderboard records from the same anonymous account to be linked together; it does not mean that the records are completely anonymous.

When you finish a daily challenge, the App automatically attempts to submit your result. When a new daily record is created or your stored score improves, the following information is sent to and stored in Cloud Firestore:

We use this information to store daily best scores, display the shared leaderboard, and calculate your position. Your nickname and score may be publicly displayed to other players, including players on other supported platforms. Your UID is not displayed on the leaderboard screen, but is included as the record identifier in leaderboard data retrieved by authenticated app users, including anonymously authenticated users. The challenge date and update time are also part of the accessible record.

Please do not include your real name, email address, phone number, or other personal information in your nickname. We do not require this information for gameplay.

Firebase processes and stores this information on our behalf, and we can access the stored leaderboard information to administer the service. Firebase Authentication also processes technical information such as IP addresses and user-agent strings to provide authentication, maintain security, and prevent abuse. Leaderboard records are stored on Firebase and are not automatically removed when you uninstall the App. The App currently has no in-app function for deleting its Firebase anonymous account or uploaded leaderboard records. For questions or requests about deletion, please contact us using the address below. We may need information to locate your record and verify that it belongs to you.

The Android version does not use Google Play Games Services and does not currently provide achievements.

Game Center (iOS and iPadOS only)

The iOS and iPadOS versions also use Apple's Game Center for supported leaderboard and achievement features. Game Center features work only if you are signed in to Game Center on your device.

If you use these features, the relevant scores and achievement progress are sent to Apple. Game Center leaderboard scores are displayed under your Game Center nickname. The App does not receive your Apple Account email address or password through this integration. Your Game Center nickname may be visible to other players, so please consider what information you include in it. Apple's handling of this data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

The shared daily challenge leaderboard uses Firebase separately from Game Center. Information sent to Firebase and displayed to other players is described in the Firebase section above. Signing out of Game Center does not by itself disable Firebase authentication or leaderboard submissions.

Device backup

Your device's operating system may include the App's saved data in its regular backups (iCloud Backup or device backup on iOS and iPadOS, Google's backup service on Android). These backups are made by the operating system to your own account, not by us, and we have no access to them. You can control or disable them in your device settings. These backups are separate from data stored by Firebase or Game Center.

Advertising and analytics

The App contains no advertising. It does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, including Google Analytics for Firebase, and does not use the advertising identifier. We do not use leaderboard information for advertising or to track your activity across other apps or websites.

Purchases

The App contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, including in a leaderboard nickname, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where applicable.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes in data handling will be reflected in this policy before the affected version is uploaded to the store. Significant changes will also be described in the App's release notes.

プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

本プライバシーポリシーは、Tomoyoshi Natsui（以下「当方」）が開発・提供する iOS / iPadOS / Android 向けゲームアプリ「Phil Glide」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。

本アプリは、ゲームデータを端末内に保存するほか、オンラインランキングや実績の機能を提供するために、一部の情報を外部サービスへ送信します。メールアドレスやパスワードによる登録は不要です。iOS / iPadOS / Android 版では、デイリーチャレンジの共通ランキングを提供するために、Firebase の匿名認証と Cloud Firestore を使用します。iOS / iPadOS 版では、以下に記載する Apple の Game Center も使用します。

端末内に保存される情報

本アプリは、ゲームとして正しく動作するために、以下の情報を利用者の端末内に保存します。

設定やローカルのプレイ記録は端末内に保存されます。一部のスコアと関連情報は、以下に記載するサービスにも送信されます。本アプリをアンインストールすると端末内のアプリデータは削除されますが、Firebase や Game Center に送信済みの情報が自動的に削除されるわけではありません。また、後述する端末のバックアップにコピーが残る場合があります。

デイリーチャレンジの共通ランキングと Firebase

iOS / iPadOS / Android 版では、デイリーチャレンジの共通ランキングを提供するために、Google の Firebase Authentication および Cloud Firestore を使用します。各プラットフォームのプレイヤーが同じランキングに参加できます。

Android 版では、Firebase Authentication および Cloud Firestore と通信するために、INTERNET 権限を要求します。iOS / iPadOS 版も、インターネット経由でこれらのサービスと通信します。

本アプリは、共通ランキングの利用にあたり Firebase に匿名でサインインし、必要に応じて匿名アカウントを作成します。Firebase は、このアカウントに固有の識別子（UID）を割り当てます。氏名、メールアドレス、パスワードの入力は不要です。ただし、UID により同じ匿名アカウントのランキング記録を関連付けることができるため、記録が完全に匿名化されていることを意味するものではありません。

デイリーチャレンジを終了すると、本アプリは自動的に結果の送信を試みます。その日の記録を新規に登録する場合、または保存済みのスコアを上回った場合に、以下の情報を Cloud Firestore へ送信・保存します。

当方は、これらの情報を、日別ベストスコアの保存、共通ランキングの表示、および利用者の順位の計算に使用します。ニックネームとスコアは、他の対応プラットフォームの利用者を含む、他のプレイヤーに公開表示されることがあります。UID はランキング画面には表示されませんが、匿名認証を含む認証済みのアプリ利用者が取得するランキングデータに、記録の識別子として含まれます。対象日と更新日時も、取得可能な記録に含まれます。

ニックネームには、本名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人情報を入力しないでください。ゲームの利用にこれらの情報は必要ありません。

Firebase は、当方に代わってこれらの情報を処理・保存します。当方は、サービスの管理のため、保存されたランキング情報にアクセスできます。また、Firebase Authentication は、認証機能の提供、セキュリティの維持、不正利用の防止のために、IP アドレスやユーザーエージェント文字列などの技術情報を処理します。詳しくは、Firebase のプライバシーとセキュリティおよびGoogle のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

ランキング記録は Firebase 上に保存され、本アプリをアンインストールしても自動的には削除されません。現在、本アプリ内には Firebase の匿名アカウントや送信済みのランキング記録を削除する機能はありません。削除に関するお問い合わせやご依頼は、下記の連絡先までお寄せください。対象の記録の特定と、ご本人の記録であることの確認に必要な情報をお願いする場合があります。

Android 版では Google Play ゲームサービスを使用しておらず、現在、実績機能は提供していません。

Game Center について（iOS / iPadOS 版のみ）

iOS / iPadOS 版では、対応するリーダーボードや実績の機能に Apple の Game Center も使用します。Game Center の機能は、端末で Game Center にサインインしている場合にのみ動作します。

これらの機能をご利用の場合、対象となるスコアと実績の達成状況が Apple に送信されます。Game Center のリーダーボードでは、スコアが Game Center のニックネームで表示されます。この連携によって、本アプリが利用者の Apple アカウントのメールアドレスやパスワードを受け取ることはありません。Game Center のニックネームは他のプレイヤーに表示されることがあるため、含める情報にご注意ください。Apple 側でのデータの取り扱いについては、Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

デイリーチャレンジの共通ランキングには、Game Center とは別に Firebase を使用します。Firebase に送信する情報と他のプレイヤーへの公開範囲については、上記の Firebase の節をご確認ください。Game Center からサインアウトするだけでは、Firebase の認証やランキングへの送信は無効になりません。

端末のバックアップについて

ご利用の端末の OS が、本アプリの保存データを通常のバックアップに含める場合があります（iOS / iPadOS では iCloud バックアップまたは端末のバックアップ、Android では Google のバックアップ機能）。これらのバックアップは OS が利用者ご自身のアカウントに対して行うもので、当方が実施するものではなく、当方がその内容にアクセスすることもできません。端末の設定から制御・無効化できます。これらのバックアップは、Firebase や Game Center に保存されるデータとは別のものです。

広告と解析について

本アプリには広告は含まれていません。Google Analytics for Firebase を含む第三者の広告 SDK や解析 SDK は使用しておらず、広告識別子も使用していません。当方は、ランキング情報を広告目的で使用したり、他のアプリやウェブサイトを横断して利用者の行動を追跡するために使用したりすることはありません。

課金について

本アプリにはアプリ内課金およびサブスクリプションはありません。

お子様の利用について

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としたものではなく、当方は 13 歳未満のお子様の個人情報を認識したうえで収集することはありません。ランキングのニックネームへの入力など、本アプリを通じてお子様の個人情報が提供されたと思われる場合は、下記の連絡先までお知らせください。状況を確認し、必要に応じた削除などの適切な対応を行います。

本ポリシーの変更について

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、更新後の内容を本ページに掲載し、「最終更新日」を更新します。データの取り扱いを変更する場合は、該当するバージョンをストアへアップロードする前に、本ポリシーへ反映します。重要な変更については、本アプリのリリースノートでもお知らせします。
