Privacy Policy (English)
This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Phil Glide (the "App") for iOS, iPadOS and Android, developed and published by Tomoyoshi Natsui ("we", "us").
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information about you. The App has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no contact form. We operate no server of our own, and we have no way to identify you.
Information stored on your device
The App saves the following on your device so that the game works as expected:
- Your best scores and recent game results
- Daily challenge progress and streak count
- In-game settings such as sound and music volume
- Whether you have already seen the tutorial
This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us, and we cannot read it. It is deleted when you uninstall the App.
The Android version of the App does not request the INTERNET permission. It is technically unable to send any data anywhere.
Game Center (iOS and iPadOS only)
On iOS and iPadOS, the App uses Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. This is optional: it works only if you are signed in to Game Center on your device.
If you use it, your scores and achievement progress are sent to Apple and shown under your Game Center nickname. We receive no personal information through this. We cannot see your Apple Account, your email address, or your real name. Apple's handling of this data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The current Android version of the App has no leaderboards or achievements and does not use Google Play Games Services. If this changes in a future version, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
Device backup
Your device's operating system may include the App's saved data in its regular backups (iCloud Backup or device backup on iOS and iPadOS, Google's backup service on Android). These backups are made by the operating system to your own account, not by us, and we have no access to them. You can control or disable them in your device settings.
Advertising and analytics
The App contains no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. It does not use any third-party advertising or analytics SDK, and it does not use the advertising identifier.
Purchases
The App contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes will also be described in the App's release notes.

プライバシーポリシー（日本語）
本プライバシーポリシーは、Tomoyoshi Natsui（以下「当方」）が開発・提供する iOS / iPadOS / Android 向けゲームアプリ「Phil Glide」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
当方は、利用者の個人情報を一切収集・保存・共有していません。本アプリにはアカウント登録も、サインアップも、問い合わせフォームもありません。当方は自前のサーバーを運用しておらず、利用者を特定する手段もありません。
端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは、ゲームとして正しく動作するために、以下の情報を利用者の端末内に保存します。
- ベストスコアおよび直近のプレイ結果
- デイリーチャレンジの進捗と連続プレイ日数
- 効果音・BGM の音量などのゲーム内設定
- チュートリアルを表示済みかどうか
これらの情報は端末内にとどまります。当方に送信されることはなく、当方が読み取ることもできません。本アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。
Android 版の本アプリは INTERNET 権限を要求していません。技術的に、いかなるデータも外部へ送信できない構成になっています。
Game Center について（iOS / iPadOS 版のみ）
iOS / iPadOS 版では、リーダーボードと実績のために Apple の Game Center を利用します。これは任意の機能で、端末で Game Center にサインインしている場合にのみ動作します。
ご利用の場合、スコアと実績の達成状況が Apple に送信され、Game Center のニックネームで表示されます。これによって当方が個人情報を受け取ることはありません。当方は利用者の Apple アカウント、メールアドレス、氏名のいずれも知ることができません。Apple 側でのデータの取り扱いについては Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
現行の Android 版にはリーダーボードおよび実績の機能はなく、Google Play ゲームサービスも利用していません。将来のバージョンで変更する場合は、そのバージョンの公開前に本ポリシーを更新します。
端末のバックアップについて
ご利用の端末の OS が、本アプリの保存データを通常のバックアップに含める場合があります（iOS / iPadOS では iCloud バックアップまたは端末のバックアップ、Android では Google のバックアップ機能）。これらのバックアップは OS が利用者ご自身のアカウントに対して行うもので、当方が実施するものではなく、当方がその内容にアクセスすることもできません。端末の設定から制御・無効化できます。
広告と解析について
本アプリには広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングのいずれも含まれていません。第三者の広告 SDK や解析 SDK は使用しておらず、広告識別子も使用していません。
課金について
本アプリにはアプリ内課金およびサブスクリプションはありません。
お子様の利用について
本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としたものではありません。本アプリはいかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しないため、お子様の個人情報を意図せず収集することもありません。
本ポリシーの変更について
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、更新後の内容を本ページに掲載し、「最終更新日」を更新します。重要な変更については、本アプリのリリースノートでもお知らせします。
