Privacy Policy — One Digit Field (English)
This privacy policy applies to One Digit Field (the "App") for iOS, iPadOS and Android, developed and published by Tomoyoshi Natsui ("we", "us").
The App has no user registration and does not ask for your name, email address or phone number. Most of your data stays on your device. However, some features send information to external services, as described below.
Information stored on your device
The App saves your puzzle progress, records, purchase status and in-game settings on your device. This information is not transmitted to us and is deleted when you uninstall the App. On iOS and iPadOS, if you are signed in to iCloud, your play score is also synchronised between your devices that use the same Apple ID through Apple's iCloud.
Information you share with other players (Google Firebase)
The following features use Google's Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication). The information below is stored on Firebase servers and can be viewed by other users of the App.
- Shared techniques ("Everyone's Techniques"): when you post a technique, the board, the coloured marks, your comment, the poster name (your Game Center nickname on iOS if you are signed in, otherwise "Anonymous"), your device language and the posting date. If you like or report a post, a record of that action is also stored (who liked or reported is not shown to other users).
- World ranking: the name shown in the ranking and your play score. The default name is your Game Center nickname on iOS if you are signed in, otherwise "Player". You can change the name at any time on the ranking screen.
To use these features, Firebase issues an anonymous ID to distinguish users. This ID is not linked to your name or contact information. How Google handles this data is described in the Firebase privacy and security information and in Google's Privacy Policy.
Comment translation
Comments on shared techniques can be translated on your device (Apple's Translation framework on iOS, Google ML Kit on Android). The comment text is not sent to us or to a translation server. On Android, the translation model for each language is downloaded from Google the first time you choose to translate.
Apple services (iOS / iPadOS)
If you are signed in to Game Center, your records and achievements are sent to Game Center. Data handled by Game Center and iCloud is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Advertising
The App displays advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device model and operating system version, and information about your interaction with the ads.
We do not receive any of this information in a form that identifies you. How Google handles this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and in Google's Privacy Policy.
On iOS and iPadOS, the App asks for permission to track (App Tracking Transparency). The advertising identifier is used only if you allow it. On Android, in regions where consent is required (such as the EEA and the UK), the App asks for your consent before showing ads, and you can change your choice from "Privacy settings" in the App's settings. In either case, if you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised. You can also limit ad tracking at any time in your device's settings.
Analytics
The App does not use any analytics service, and we do not measure how you use the App.
Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases (additional stages, removing ads with unlimited lives, and life refills). Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment information.
Retention and deletion of your information
Information stored on Firebase is kept for the following periods:
- Shared techniques (board, coloured marks, comment, poster name, language and posting date): kept until the poster deletes the post. You can delete your own posts from the post's detail screen in the App.
- Records of likes and reports (anonymous ID and date): kept while the post exists. They may remain on the server after the post is deleted. They contain no information other than the anonymous ID and the date.
- World ranking (name, play score, anonymous ID and a random ID created for each installation): kept until you ask us to delete it.
How to request deletion: send an email to the address below with the subject "One Digit Field data deletion". For your ranking entry, tell us the name and the play score shown in the ranking. We will delete the information within 30 days of confirming your request and let you know by email. Deleted information cannot be restored.
Posts reported by several users may be hidden from other users. Information stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. Information collected by Google for advertising is kept according to Google's policies.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

プライバシーポリシー — One Digit Field（日本語）
本プライバシーポリシーは、Tomoyoshi Natsui（以下「当方」）が開発・提供する iOS / iPadOS / Android 向けアプリ「One Digit Field」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。
本アプリにはアカウント登録がなく、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などをお聞きすることはありません。ほとんどの情報は端末内にとどまりますが、一部の機能では外部のサービスに情報を送信します。詳細は以下のとおりです。
端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは、パズルの進捗、記録、購入状況、ゲーム内設定を端末内に保存します。これらの情報が当方に送信されることはなく、本アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。iOS / iPadOS では、iCloud にサインインしている場合、プレイスコアを同じ Apple ID の端末間で同期するために Apple の iCloud を使います。
ほかの利用者と共有する情報（Google Firebase）
本アプリの次の機能は、Google の Firebase（Cloud Firestore・Firebase Authentication）を使います。以下の情報は Firebase のサーバーに保存され、本アプリのほかの利用者が閲覧できます。
- みんなの手筋（手筋の共有）: 手筋を投稿したときの盤面、色枠、解説コメント、投稿者名（iOS で Game Center にサインインしている場合はその名前、それ以外は「匿名」）、端末の言語、投稿日時。いいね・通報をした場合は、その記録も保存されます（誰がいいね・通報したかはほかの利用者には表示されません）。
- 世界ランキング: ランキングに表示する名前と、プレイスコア。名前の初期値は、iOS で Game Center にサインインしている場合はその名前、それ以外は「プレイヤー」です。名前はランキング画面からいつでも変更できます。
これらの機能では、利用者を区別するために Firebase が匿名の ID を発行します。この ID が氏名や連絡先と結び付けられることはありません。Google におけるデータの取り扱いについては、Firebase のプライバシーとセキュリティおよび Google プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
コメントの翻訳について
みんなの手筋の解説コメントは、端末内で翻訳できます（iOS は Apple の翻訳機能、Android は Google ML Kit）。コメントの文章が当方や翻訳サーバーに送信されることはありません。Android では、翻訳する言語のデータを、初めて翻訳するときに Google からダウンロードします。
Apple のサービスについて（iOS / iPadOS）
Game Center にサインインしている場合、記録と実績を Game Center に送信します。Game Center と iCloud で扱われる情報は、Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
広告について
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告の配信と効果測定のため、Google が広告識別子、IP アドレス、端末の機種名や OS バージョン、広告への操作に関する情報などを収集・処理する場合があります。
当方がこれらの情報を、利用者を特定できる形で受け取ることはありません。Google におけるデータの取り扱いについては、Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用および Google プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
iOS / iPadOS では、トラッキングの許可（App Tracking Transparency）を確認するダイアログを表示し、許可された場合にのみ広告識別子を使います。Android では、同意が必要な地域（EEA や英国など）で、広告を表示する前に同意を確認します。選択は本アプリの設定画面の「プライバシー設定」から変更できます。いずれの場合も、許可・同意されないときも広告は表示されますが、パーソナライズはされません。端末の設定からいつでも広告トラッキングを制限することもできます。
解析について
本アプリは解析サービスを使用しておらず、当方が利用状況を計測することはありません。
課金について
本アプリには、任意のアプリ内課金（ステージの追加、広告の非表示とライフ無制限、ライフの補充）があります。支払いは Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）が処理し、当方が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。
情報の保存期間と削除について
Firebase に保存する情報は、次の期間保存します。
- 手筋の投稿（盤面、色枠、解説コメント、投稿者名、端末の言語、投稿日時）: 投稿者が削除するまで保存します。自分の投稿は、本アプリの投稿の詳細画面から削除できます。
- いいね・通報の記録（匿名 ID と日時）: 対象の投稿がある間保存します。投稿が削除されたあともサーバーに残ることがあります。匿名 ID と日時のほかの情報は含みません。
- 世界ランキング（名前、プレイスコア、匿名 ID、インストールごとに作るランダムな ID）: 削除のご依頼があるまで保存します。
削除の依頼方法: 下記のお問い合わせ先へ、件名を「One Digit Field データ削除」としてメールでご連絡ください。ランキングの記録の場合は、ランキングに表示されている名前とプレイスコアをお知らせください。ご依頼を確認してから 30 日以内に削除し、メールでお知らせします。削除した情報は元に戻せません。
複数の利用者から通報された投稿は、ほかの利用者に表示されなくなることがあります。端末内の情報は、本アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。広告のために Google が収集する情報は、Google のポリシーに従って保存されます。
お子様の利用について
本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としたものではありません。
本ポリシーの変更について
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、更新後の内容を本ページに掲載し、「最終更新日」を更新します。
