Privacy Policy — Mini-Compo, Everlisten++, Cam+ (for geeks) (English)

This privacy policy applies to the following applications (each, the "App") developed and published by Tomoyoshi Natsui ("we", "us"):

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information about you. These Apps have no user accounts and no sign-up. We operate no server of our own, and we have no way to identify you. None of these Apps contain advertising, analytics, or tracking of any kind.

Information stored on your device

Each App saves its own settings — and, where applicable, playlists and similar content — on your device. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Access to your device's data

These Apps ask for permission to access parts of your device in order to work. For example, the music players read your music library, and the camera app uses the camera and saves photos you take. This data is read and processed only on your device. It is never sent to us.

Lyrics lookup (Everlisten++ only)

Everlisten++ can display lyrics for the track you are playing. To find them, it sends the track name, artist name, album name and track duration to LRCLIB, a free and open lyrics database, and receives the matching lyrics in return.

No account, API key, or personal information is involved in this request. We do not send your name, your email address, any device identifier, or any information about you — only the details of the track needed to find its lyrics. As with any request over the internet, the service receives your IP address.

This feature only operates when you use the lyrics display.

Purchases

These Apps contain no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.

Children

These Apps are not directed at children under 13. Because they do not collect personal information from anyone, they do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Tomoyoshi Natsui（以下「当方」）が開発・提供する以下のアプリ（以下、それぞれを「本アプリ」）に適用されます。

当方は、利用者の個人情報を一切収集・保存・共有していません。これらのアプリにはアカウント登録もサインアップもありません。当方は自前のサーバーを運用しておらず、利用者を特定する手段もありません。いずれのアプリにも、広告・アクセス解析・トラッキングは一切含まれていません。

端末内に保存される情報

各アプリは、そのアプリの設定（および該当する場合はプレイリストなどの内容）を端末内に保存します。これらの情報は端末内にとどまり、当方に送信されることはなく、アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。

端末内のデータへのアクセスについて

これらのアプリは、動作のために端末の一部へのアクセス許可を求めます。たとえば音楽プレーヤーはミュージックライブラリを読み取り、カメラアプリはカメラを使用して撮影した写真を保存します。これらのデータは端末内でのみ読み取り・処理され、当方に送信されることはありません。

歌詞の取得について（Everlisten++ のみ）

Everlisten++ は、再生中の楽曲の歌詞を表示することができます。歌詞を検索するために、曲名・アーティスト名・アルバム名・再生時間を、無料で公開されている歌詞データベース LRCLIB に送信し、該当する歌詞を受け取ります。

この通信にアカウント登録、API キー、個人情報は関与しません。氏名、メールアドレス、端末識別子、その他利用者に関する情報を送信することはなく、歌詞の検索に必要な楽曲の情報のみを送信します。なお、インターネット上の通信一般と同様に、送信先のサービスには利用者の IP アドレスが伝わります。

この機能は、歌詞表示をご利用になったときにのみ動作します。

課金について

これらのアプリにはアプリ内課金およびサブスクリプションはありません。

お子様の利用について

これらのアプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としたものではありません。いかなる利用者からも個人情報を収集しないため、お子様の個人情報を意図せず収集することもありません。

本ポリシーの変更について

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、更新後の内容を本ページに掲載し、「最終更新日」を更新します。
